Packaged this way, it keeps intact the taste and the smell of the home-made tomato purée and can be stored in fridge for a few days after opening. Pomilia chooses and selects only sun-ripened tomatoes, fleshy and compact in order to make a tomato purée with a distinctive, creamy, appetising taste.
